“Closet Monsters” the debut and semi-autobiography film by Stephen Dunn is a stylize ind-masterpiece that takes you into the mind of an 18 year old accepting his sexuality – with a narcissistic but caring father, and an abandoning but loving mother. The film substitute the inner monologue with “hyper” visuals. And trades in his conversation with oneself with that of a pet hamster.
